Great location near shopping and restaurants, with easy access to Central Park. Beautifully decorated rooms that were quiet and spacious. The gym had well-maintained equipment and the hotel bar was nicely decorated. The concierge service was great and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in the city.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to Central Park and several renowned art museums. The rooms are nicely appointed and the bathrooms spacious. The staff provides attentive and responsive service, ensuring a pleasant stay. the hotel offers a turn-down service in the evenings.

The breakfast is delicious but quite expensive, considering the already high room rates.

The price of the breakfast was a bit excessive, the fact that we were not accompanied to the room (but I had arrived late in the evening).

I liked everything, especially the location and rooms which are very elegant and clean. service is impeccable. first night we didn't sleep very well because the bed was too soft for us. next day I asked the reception if it was possible to 'harden' the mattress, when we came back from dinner they had put in a great bed topper and we slept great.

The Mark Hotel in New York exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The location was perfect, situated near wonderful art museums, the park, and in the Upper East Side. It was also conveniently near a subway station, made getting around the city easy. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and had great facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and the bed in my room was comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Comfortable bedding. Neither too firm nor too soft. The hotel is well located if you like quietness, walks in Central Park as well as art galleries and museums . The subway is also only a few blocks away if it's an experience that tempts you.

The chairs of the restaurant are in an inadmissible state compared to the standing expected especially for an establishment practising these prices. The dishes served there (whether breakfast or other meals) are not at the level one would expect for these prices. . The staff do not treat all customers equally, in the sense that they are very attentive to some (how was the day?). Would you like an umbrella, it's expected to rain today. Baguette offered automatically at breakfast when some have to ask for it etc.). ) while others aren't even given a simple "Bonjour c'est une honte".

We really liked the decoration, size of the bedroom and bathroom and high ceilings. Our two rooms were connected by a small corridor which was reserved for our use. location was perfect near Central Park, near the Met.

The arrangement of the cupboards in one of the 2 bedrooms was not very practical. One of the cupboards opened in front of a bedside table, consequently the access to this cupboard was not easy.

Great hotel with great service. Everything is great in this hotel. They help you with everything and are happy to solve your problems. Great bed. Great facilities. Breakfast is good. Massiel brought us the things we wanted. Great bathroom. shower is great and system is easy and responsive.

This hotel... well... the room 312 that they gave us... has two but: 1) it is noisy - it needs another insulation in the window and you can hear all the clatter of the street which is not little and 2) it is the room's fridge; it looks like a steam locomotive. The phone on the bedside table has a screen that cannot be turned off and at night it is not completely dark.

Breakfast is à la carte, we prefer buffets.

We had an amazing Christmas stay at this luxurious hotel! The rooms reminded me of apartment with extensive built-in cabinets and drawers. The attention to detail was really good, from the well-stocked fridge and mini bar to the provided yoga mat in the room. The location was perfect, with Madison Avenue shopping just a short walk away and plenty of nearby restaurants. The staff was friendly, cultured, and provided perfect service.

Experiencing the lavish amenities made me feel like royalty. the private facilities were exceptional and the room advantages, such as the plush bedding and top-notch toiletries, exceeded my expectations. the staff provided impeccable service, making every request a priority. the location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and dining. the Continental breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and beautifully presented.

The only minor issue I encountered was in the bar/lounge area. Although the atmosphere was upscale and chic, the availability of staff was lacking.

The bathroom fixtures were excellent - the best I've ever seen in a hotel. The quality of materials and workmanship was really good. The staff, including the beautiful receptionists, were accommodating and made our stay first class. The hotel's location is fantastic for exploring the Upper East Side.
